How Does the VIP Sales Process Work?

  • When you ask about a vehicle online, one of our internet sales managers will reach out to you. They'll work with you to find exactly what you're searching for and notify our Ford sales managers, who will work on gathering an approval for you.
  • A sales manager will contact you regarding any trade-in information. We'll also discuss financing details on the New Ford or pre-owned model you're interested in.
  • After you speak with a Ford sales manager, we'll take you on a full virtual walkaround of the truck, SUV, or sedan you're looking to purchase. We'll cover everything from mileage, interior, tech features, exterior, and more.
  • After the virtual walkaround, you'll talk to the same sales manager who will either set up a call or video chat to discuss all the final payment options and answer any questions you may have regarding your vehicle. We'll pass the details over to our financing team, who will contact you to finalize all the paperwork.
  • A financing manager will schedule a virtual meeting and cover any additional details. We'll gather all your forms and upload them for you to sign during the meeting. We'll have your copies sent out to you and schedule a day to have your car delivered to your home. Before receiving your new car, we'll disinfect the entire vehicle.
